"I was fortunate to deal with Kristy Bates, she is absolutely phenomenal. I had need of some liability insurance but not an immediate need. I explained this to her up front, she still gave me a quote on the same day. Later, a coworker was complaining about her insurance going up so I referred her to Kristy who was able to get her taken care of with a substantial decrease in premiums. Then, she saved my nephew (new driver) a ton of money on his insurance. She always answers the phone, gets the necessary information and then gets me a quote on ANYTHING I need. Literally. From car insurance, life insurance or even business liability insurance. Truly she has to be the best in the business. If you want someone who is personable, fast and efficient, call and ask for Kristy Bates. I could not be happier that I did!"
