"Talking with Teresa at State farm today she is the best customer service representative that I have talked to in a very long time she knows exactly what to ask and what I'm looking for and has contacted me for updates throughout the year to see if there's anything she can do to help me. Today she saved me $20 on my auto and she was very helpful quoting my homeowners. Even though my renewal policy amount is less than what she quoted she was able she help me with my auto policy and saved me money.
